Be honest about where your athlete is.

Most wrong-fit consultations come from athletes picking the wrong tier. The training is built around commitment level — not talent. Read the three descriptions and pick the one that matches your week.

Not the one you want to be in. The one you actually are.

If more than one fits, go one tier lower. Athletes who come in under-committed last. Athletes who come in over-committed burn out by month two.

Physical training and mental performance aren't separate services here. The athlete who hits the ceiling physically has a mental problem, not a physical one. Eleven athletes have reached D1, JUCO, or pro under that system — three detailed below.
