Full System and Mental Performance results documented separately. Labels indicate which system produced the result. Physical results are never attributed to mental coaching alone, and vice versa.

The System.

Physical training and mental performance are not separate services at EGO. They are one integrated system, delivered by one coach, in one weekly plan.

The physical plateau is usually a mental one. Athletes don't stop getting faster because their body can't — they stop because their nervous system, their confidence, or their ability to execute under pressure runs out of runway.

Most programs treat mental performance as a bonus. A book recommendation. A breathwork app. A link to a visualization video. EGO treats it as half the program. Same coach. Same session plan. Nothing optional.

The Mental Rep · $97

Custom visualization audio, built from your words.

Fill out a 5-minute intake. Chase writes a script specific to your sport, event, and mental blocks. You receive a professional MP3 inside 24 hours. You keep it forever. You rep it before every meet.

Built on the PETTLEP framework from Holmes & Collins (2001) — the most validated imagery model in sports psychology. Not meditation. Not a generic hypnosis track. A rehearsal of the exact moment of performance.

P
Physical
Match the body state of competition. Standing, warm, heart rate elevated.
E
Environment
Visualize your specific venue — runway, blocks, cage, approach.
T
Task
Rehearse the precise movement, rep, or event. No generic success imagery.
T
Timing
Real time. The rep in the script takes as long as the rep in competition.
L
Learning
Script updates as your technique and goals evolve across a season.
E
Emotion
Rehearse the nerves, the crowd, and the anchor that pulls you back in.
P
Perspective
First-person and third-person imagery deployed for different phases.

Chase Collins

Founder · Certified Sports Psychology Coach

Chase played offensive line at Idaho State from 2013 to 2017. The physical training was serious. The mental side wasn't — and that ceiling is what most athletes hit.

EGO Performance is the system that came out of two years of formal sports psychology study after football ended. Physical training from the EXOS and Triphasic frameworks. Mental performance coaching from PETTLEP and the sports psychology literature. One coach. One program. One athlete at a time.

Frequently Asked

Yes. The script is built from your intake responses and tells your brain exactly what to see, feel, and hear. You don't need a visualization practice to benefit. You follow along.
Yes. Every athlete on our roster also trains with a high school program. We coordinate with coaches when needed and build programming around the competition calendar. Spencer, Lydia, and Cooper all did this.
Yes. ATLAS is an open facility — parents are welcome anytime. Most attend the first week or two, then step back. The athlete's focus sharpens when the parent isn't the audience.
No. Track athletes use it most because single events script cleanly, but pole vaulters, wrestlers, lifters, shooters, and team-sport athletes have all used it. If the sport has a moment of performance, the script can frame it.
They can. Most don't. Programming is the easy part — execution, correction, and mental readiness are where athletes break down. Our job is to close those gaps. If your athlete is already hitting their numbers on their own, we're not for you.
