The Mental Rep

The last rep of training isn't done in the weight room. It's done in your mind. The Mental Rep is a custom visualization audio built specifically for your sport, your event, your goals, and your mental blocks.

Not a generic meditation track. Not a playlist. A 10–14 minute script built on PETTLEP sports imagery methodology — the same framework used by elite sports psychologists — delivered as a professional MP3 file.

What Is a Visualization Script?

A visualization script walks your brain through competition before it happens — in specific sensory detail that matches your actual event. Research shows mental rehearsal activates the same neural pathways as physical practice. The Mental Rep applies that science to your exact situation.

The PETTLEP Framework:

  • P Physical — your body, equipment, uniform, and physical sensations in the moment
  • E Environment — the specific venue, sounds, conditions of your competition
  • T Task — your exact event and technical movement sequence
  • T Timing — real-time pacing, not compressed
  • L Learning — your current skill level, not idealized perfection
  • E Emotion — your specific emotional state goals for competition
  • P Perspective — first-person, through your own eyes

After purchase you fill out a short athlete intake form. Within 24 hours you receive your custom MP3 — ready to use before competition.

The Coach Behind the System

Chase
Collins

I was a D1 offensive lineman at Idaho State. I understood from the inside how training impacts performance — but when I moved into coaching I realized getting athletes strong was the easy part. Getting them to move fluidly, compete with confidence, and perform under pressure — that was the real problem.

That question drove a two-year deep dive into track methodology, sports psychology, and mental performance. I've studied everything from Triphasic Training to ALTIS systems — not as a certification collector, but because I had athletes in front of me who needed results and I was going to find them.

EGO Performance operates at ATLAS Performance Complex alongside Kennon Smith and Blaire Zikratch — collectively the most credentialed performance team in southeast Idaho.
